Question: Why do the same game numbers repeat?

Answer: If you are running the DEMO version of the game, then you are limited to only 20 deals for each solitaire variation and the 20 games are allowed to repeat. Purchasing the game entitles you to download a "registered" version of the game without the limitation.

Question: Why are some of the cards off the screen?

Answer: Your display resolution is too small to accommodate all the card piles at the selected card size preference. Increase your display resolution or deselect the "Large Card Size" preference.

Question: Why is there a delay when clicking on stock piles?

Answer: MacOS X is waiting to see whether you are single- or double-clicking. If you don't want OS X to wait, go to the System Preferences under the Mouse settings and set your double-click speed to near maximum. Also, as an alternative that doesn't have any delay, use the space bar shortcut.

Question: Some of my streak dates are shown like "Jan 22 2005" and some aren't, why?

Answer: We've changed the date format in version 1.1 and later. As you achieve new longest winning streaks, the date format will update to the unambiguous format like Jan 22 2005.

Question: Can I run Solitaire Plus on pre-OS X versions of MacOS such as MacOS 9?

Answer: No. Solitaire Plus is a Cocoa app and will not run on pre-OS X Macs.
